Die Ferienwohnung ist auf 2 Etage verteilt. Die Küche mit Herd, Backofen und Kühlschrank befinden sich, wie auch das Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss. Über eine offene Treppe gelangt man in die 2. Etage, wo sich das Wohnzimmer mit Couch und TV und das Schalzimmer mit Doppelbett befindet.Die 3. und 4. Person schlafen auf dem Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer.

Der Ferienhof Bernoth liegt am nördlichen Stadtzentrumsrand. Mit der Straßenbahn sind sie in ca. 12 Minuten in der historischen Altstadt.



Im Nebengelass eines ehemaligen Bauernhofes in Ilversgehoven am nördlichen Stadtzentrumsrand erwartet Sie eine voll ausgestattete Wohnung über 2 Etagen mit einem Wohnzimmer, einer komplett ausgestatteten Küche, einem Tageslichtbad und einem Schlafzimmer.
Von Mai bis Oktober können der Swimmingpool und der Grillplatz genutzt werden.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Im näheren Umfeld  befinden sich Restaurants und diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ein großer Kinderspielplatz, ein Sportpark und eine Schwimmhalle.  
Ein Parkplatz steht auf dem abgeschlossenen Grundstück ( 5,00 €) zur Verfügung.
