In dem Ferienhaus finden Sie ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit ausziehbarer Couch und Sessel, Flachbild TV und Musikanlage.
Im geräumigem Schlafzimmer befindet sich 1 Doppelbett und ein Etagenbett sowie genügend Platz zum Spielen für die Kinder.
Die Küche ist mit allen Geräten, wie Kühlschrank, Herd und Mikrowelle sowie Kaffeemaschine, Toaster und Wasserkocher ausgestattet. Von der Sitzecke haben Sie einen phantastischen Ausblick auf Wiesen und Wälder.
Das neu renovierte Bad besitzt  neben dem WC und dem Waschbecken eine ebenerdige Dusche.



Das Ferienhaus befindet sich am Ortsausgang Richtung Wernigerode (10 km) und liegt auf einer Wiesenfläche hinter dem Einfamilienhaus des Vermieters.
Von unserem Ferienhaus können Sie umfangreiche Wanderwege erkunden.


Das 40 m² große separate Ferienhaus im Bungalowstil liegt idyllisch hinter dem Einfamilienhaus des Vermieters auf einer Wiesenfläche und bietet für maximal 4 Personen Platz.
Im Außenbereich befindet sich eine überdachte Terrasse mit Grill. Auf der weitläufigen Wiese finden die Kinder viel Platz zum Spielen. Eine neu gestaltete Feuerstätte verspricht gemütliche und gesellige Sommerabende.
Die Grillkota im hinteren Teil des Gartens kann in Absprache gern genutzt werden.
Eine Parkmöglichkeit ist am Haus gegeben sowie eine abschließbare Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder und mitgebrachte Sportgeräte.
