Toller Ostseeblick! Das Apartment liegt ganz oben im Haus und bietet auf knapp 30qm alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub an der Ostsee braucht. Wir haben das Apartment 2019 umfassend renoviert.

 Ein Doppelbett (1,80m x 2,00m).
Zwei neue Schlafsessel, die ausgeklappt eine komfortable Liegefläche bieten. Esstisch mit Stühlen.
Flat-TV, Musikanlage von Sony (CD, MP3, DAB+), reichlich Stauraum, eine kleine Einbauküche mit Herd, Kühlschrank (mit Gefrierfach), Dunstabzugshaube, komplett ausgestattet. Tassimo Kaffeemaschine.

Alle Fußböden neu, Badezimmer mit großer, flacher Regenwalddusche und 2. Handbrause, Glasabtrennung, neu gefliest, Design-Toilette und Design-Waschbecken.

Schnell in den Nationalpark und doch auch in die Stadt oder zum Hafen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Lokale leicht erreichbar. Für die Altstadt entspanntes Parken. Mit Bus und Bahn gut erreichbar. Bushaltestelle Rathaus.



Die Villa Monika liegt in der Altstadt von Sassnitz, ist aber ein neuerer Bau. Wir haben jedes unserer Apartments 2019 umfassend renoviert: Komplett neue Bäder mit Regenwalddusche und Design-Sanitärobjekten, neue Fußböden und zahlreiche neue Möbel. Von einigen Apartments haben Sie eine tolle Aussicht auf die Ostsee. Teilweise mit Balkon, immer mit gratis WLAN und kostenlosem Parkplatz / Garage direkt an der Unterkunft.

Apartments 13, 14 und 17 Haustiere gegen Gebühr und nach Absprache erlaubt, Wohnung 16 keine Tiere zugelassen.
