Bei der kleinen Ferienwohnung handelt es sich um eine schöne 2 Zimmerwohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer für 2 Personen, einem Bad und einem Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich ein Ausklappsofa, als Ausweichschlafmöglichkeit oder für ein zusätzliches Kind.






Beste Lage direkt am Felsenrand, Seeblick aus allen Wohnräumen, sehr ruhig.



Das Gästehaus Cap Hoorn ist ein in vierter Generation geführtes Feriendomizil auf dem Oberland der Insel Helgoland. Das Haus liegt in erster Reihe (Norderfalm 326) am Felsen und alle Wohnräume bieten einen uneingeschränkten offenen Meeresblick. Die Entfernung zum Fahrstuhl beträgt ca. 2-3 Gehminuten. Im Erdgeschoss bieten wir ein großes und ein kleines Ferienappartement an. Die beiden Ferienwohnungen haben offenen freien Blick auf das Meer, was besonders in der großen Wohnung durch einen wunderschönen Panoramablick im Wohnzimmer zur Geltung kommt. Beide Wohnungen eignen sich besonders gut für Senioren und Familien mit Kindern.

In der ersten Jahreshälfte 2023 werden beide Appartements renoviert!
