Die Ferienwohnung ist eine im Jahr 2012 komplett sanierte Wohnung im ruhigen Stadtteil Gehlsdorf.  Im Einfamilienhaus  mit separatem Eingang. Die Ferienwohnung hat einen Schlafraum, Wohn-/ Essraum, Küche, Flur, Duschbad und WC und verfügt über kostenfreie WLAN. Vor dem Haus stehen öffentliche, kostenfreie Parkplätze zur Verfügung.
