-Unsere Ferienwohnungen liegen unmittelbar an den Naherholungsgebieten   Schwanenteich und Botanischer Garten.
 Bäcker in unmittelbarer Nähe; andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenfalls nahebei
-Straßenbahn, Bus und S-Bahn sind schnell zu Fuß erreichbar.
 



Unsere Ferienwohnungen sind ca. 43 und 49 qm groß und haben je 2 Zimmer,
einen kleinen Flur, Küche mit Esstisch und Stühlen, Duschbad mit WC und modernem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und Kleiderschrank. Auf Wunsch stellen wir ein Babybett auf. Die Wohnzimmer sind gemütlich mit moderner Anbauwand und Couchgarnitur ausgestattet.
20 % Anzahlung innerhalb 7 Tagen nach Buchung aufs Konto, Restzahlung bar bei Anreise oder Überweisung im Voraus.

Anreise ab 14°°, eine telefonische ABSPRACHE ist zwingend erforderlich, Vermieter wohnt nicht im Objekt
Abreise bis 10°°

Die Ferienwohnungen sind für Monteure nicht geeignet.
