Die Wohnung im EG besitzt einen großzügigen kombinierten Wohn- Schlafraum mit Stuckdecken, maritim in Blautönen gehalten. Doppelbett und Kleiderschrank sind aus allergikerfreundlichem Buchenholz, weiter eine Wohnküche, sowie ein Tageslichtbad. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Sitzbereich im Garten.






Exklusive Lage, direkt am Strand (70m) und unmittelbar am Park.
Sportliche Möglichkeiten in der Nähe: surfen, Kite surfen, Rad fahren, (Fahrradverleih schräg hinterm Haus/ am Parkhaus) segeln, reiten (Diedrichshagen), Golf  (3,3 km entfernt). 10 Gehminuten zum Zentrum von Warnemünde. Bushaltestelle Wiesenweg (bis Nr. 36 und 37) in der Parkstraße 3 Minuten entfernt.

Exklusive Lage direkt an der Ostsee, zum Strand sind es 70m, hinter dem Haus beginnt der Park mit Spazierwegen und dem Ostsee-Rad-Wanderweg. Alle Sportmöglichkeiten, wie Surfen, Kite-surfen, Segeln in unmittelbarer Nähe ebenso wie Rad fahren: Ein Fahrradverleih befindet sich 2 Minuten hinter dem Haus am Parkhaus/ Parkstraße. Vor der Wohnung liegt die Promenade, die zum Leuchtturm und zur Mole führt.
Zum Zentrum/ Kirchplatz sind es ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg.
Zur Wohnung gehört kein Parkplatz.
