Die 2-Zimmer Wohnung im 2. Obergeschoss ist bequem über einen Lift zugänglich. Das Wohnzimmer und das Schlafzimmer verfügen über einen Zugang zum Balkon. Der Balkon ist sonnig und die Aussicht auf das traumhafte Bergpanorama lädt zum Verweilen ein. Im Schlafzimmer hat es 1 Doppelbett und 1 Etagenbetten und im Wohnzimmer ein Doppelschrankbett. Das grosszügige Wohnzimmer bietet genügend Platz für die Küche mit Geschirrspüler und eine gemütliche Essecke. Das Bad ist mit einer Badewanne, Lavabo und Toilette ausgestattet.
Das Hallenbad und die Sauna wartet auf Sie um nach einem erlebnissreichen Tag in den Bergen zu entspannen.
Vom Haus bis zur Busstation sind es nur 200m und der Bus bringt sie bequem zu den Bahnen Weisshorn, Tschuggen Ost, Prätschli oder zum Hörnli-Express. Von da geht es weiter mit der Urdenbahn ins Skigebiet der Lenzerheide. Am Abend können sie mit den Skiern bis vor das Haus fahren.
Während der Sommersaison vom 11.Juni bis 23. Oktober ist die Arosa All-Inclusive Karte mit dabei. Das Familienportemonnaie wird geschont.
