Die Ferienwohnung ist 64 m2 groß, ebenerdig. Sie besteht aus 1 Wohnküche, 3 Schlafräumen (1 Zimmer ist mit Hochbett ausgestattet), Dusche mit WC, E-Heizung, SAT-TV, Tischtennis, Waschmaschine, Terrasse, Gartengrill, Liegewiese und Parkplatz.
Tisch, Bad und Bettwäsche sind vorhanden. Endreinigung € 25.--

Strom ist im Gesamtreisepreis nicht inkludiert.   Nebensaison € 65,-

Lage im Grünen, Am Berg

Die bekannten Seeorte Annenheim und Sattendorf ist ein Geheimtipp für Wassersportler:  Schwimmen, Surfen, Segeln, Kajak und Tauchen sowie Tretboot oder Wasserski fahren. Parasailing, Fahrt auf einer Banane, einem Reifen oder am Wakeboard sind möglich
Den Ossiacher See erkunden mit dem Fahrrad, entlang des Radweges oder an Bord der MS Ossiach.


Sehenswürdigkeiten-Gemeinde Treffen: - in Winklern das Puppenmuseum von Elli Riehl mit 700 handgefertigten Stoffpuppen, die Alltagssituationen darstellen, das eindrucksvolle Pilzmuseum, das auf einer Fläche von 1000m2 Einblick gewährt in die Welt der Mykologie.

Einen Besuch wert sind aber auch das Berg- und Almmuseum auf der Pöllinger Hütte, die Skulpturen im Krastal, der Mammutbaum und das Schloss Treffen, ein Renaissance-Schloss aus dem 16. Jahrhundert und die nahe gelegenen Finsterbachwasserfälle in Sattendorf.

10 min. zum Afritzer See oder 20 min. zum Ossiacher See oder Millstätter See.
