Das Appartement befindet sich in der 2. Etage (Fahrstuhl im Haus) und hat eine Wohnfläche von 54 qm. Der Wohnraum mit 2 Sofas hat Sat-TV und UKW/DAB-Radio sowie eine vom Wohnraum abgetrennte Schlafnische mit Doppelbett (je 90x200 cm). Im Schlafraum steht ein Etagenbett (90x190 cm). Das Bad hat eine Wanne.
Die separate Küche hat alle nötigen Geräte (Ceran-Kochfeld, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspülmaschine, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher) und einen Esstisch für 4 Personen (ein Kinderstuhl ist vorhanden).

Das Hallenschwimmbad mit Treppe und Gegenstromanlage kann kostenfrei genutzt werden. Sauna/Dampfbad sind kostenpflichtig (Münzbetrieb).
Automatenwaschmaschine und Trockner gibt es im Haus (Münzbetrieb).
Parkplatz und Internetzugang über W-LAN (Passwort bei der Info zum Schlüsselhalter) sind für die Mieter kostenlos.
Zum Rauchen benutzen Sie bitte den überdachten Balkon.
Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind mitzubringen (oder werden nach Vereinbarung kostenpflichtig gestellt).


Im Januar und Februar gibt es Schließzeiten von Schwimmbad und Sauna mit entsprechend niedrigeren Übernachtungspreisen.






Die Ferienwohnung liegt direkt am Wernerwald und in Strandnähe (etwa 500m). Ein Waldweg am Rande des Wernerwalds führt Sie in 500 m vorbei am Waldbad zu den Geschäften und Restaurants am Sahlenburger Strand und zum Wattenmeer.

    “Ein paar Meter zur Bushaltestelle falls man nicht mobil ist. Wernerwald und das Meer in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein sehr großer Balkon mit Blick auf die Weide und den Wald. Sehr schön.”
