Der Wohn- und Essbereich lädt zum Verweilen ein. Flachbildschirm-TV (Sat) und eine HIFI-Anlage sind vorhanden. Direkt vom Wohnraum aus gelangen Sie auf eine geschützte Südterrasse mit Gartenmöbeln und Sonnenschirm. In der zum Wohnraum offenen Erle-Einbauküche, die neben den üblichen Haushaltsgeräten mit Backofen und Spülmaschine ausgestattet ist, macht das Kochen auch im Urlaub Spaß. Das weißgeflieste Bad hat eine hochwertige Sanitärausstattung und Fußbodenheizung. Wir haben die Schlafzimmer mit Massivholzmöbeln ausgestattet, die bequemen Matratzen und Oberbetten sind allergikergerecht. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer "Deichgrün" ist 1,80 m breit, das Bett im Schlafzimmer "Meerblau" ist 1,60 m breit. Der zur Wohnung gehörende PKW-Stellplatz ist direkt am Haus. Im separaten Abstellraum befindet sich die Waschmaschine und eine Unterstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder.
