Die Ferienwohnung verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett (180x200) sowie einer Schlafcouch, ein Wohnzimmer, Küche und Bad mit Dusche und WC.

Auf der Schlafcouch finden maximal 2 Kinder einen Platz zum schlafen.

Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. (Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster, Herd & Backofen, Mikrowelle)

Die Ferienwohnung ist ideal geeignet für 2-3 Personen.






Abseits vom Massentourismus lädt die Umgebung zu einem ruhigen Aufenthalt an der Vorpommerschen Boddenlandschaft ein. Neben Erlebnis-Bauernhöfen und idyllischen Cafes sind auch Ausflugsziele wie der Rügen Park in Gingst oder die Störtebeker Festspiele in unmittelbarer Nähe. Besonders bekannt ist die Insel Ummanz als Rastplatz für Kraniche und Wildgänse im Frühjahr und Herbst. Etwas abseits vom Trubel der großen Badeorte an der Ostküste Rügens bieten sich hier vielfältige Möglichkeiten, mit ausgedehnten Wanderungen, Radtouren oder Kutschfahrten die Boddenlandschaft zwischen Rügen und Hiddensee zu erkunden.



Unsere gemütliche Ferienwohnung befindet sich in dem kleinen Fischerdorf Waase auf der immergrünen Insel Ummanz. Die Insel Ummanz auf der Westseite von Rügen ist landschaftlich sehr reizvoll und geprägt von ländlicher Idylle.


Ganz besonders für Fahrradfahrer bietet diese Seite Rügens viele Touren für ausgedehnte Radwanderungen ,weit entfernt von Strassenlärm. Ein Fahrradverleih ist im Ort vorhanden.


Für eigene Fahrräder gibt es Abstellmöglichkeiten auf dem umzäunten Grundstück.Ein kostenfreier Parkplatz steht Ihnen ebenfalls zur verfügung.


Die Wohnung wurde im Jahr 2018 komplett neu renoviert.
Die Aussenterrasse lädt zum Frühstücken im Sonnenschein oder zum Grillen ein. Die Ferienwohnung ist ideal geeignet für 2-3 Personen.
