The apartment Friedrich in Lahnstein exudes with the modern and tasteful furnishings feel-good character. The wooden floor as well as modern equipment elements inspire just as the preserved half-timbering, which separates the living/kitchen area. In the kitchen area, a fully equipped kitchen with induction stove, dishwasher and American refrigerator with ice cube function awaits you.

The living area comes up with a comfortable sofa, Smart TV, receiver, radio, DVD / CD player, safe and a small notebook. The bedroom has two single beds and a spacious built-in wardrobe. Just across the hallway with further storage space, you enter the bright bathroom with a large bathtub, separate shower, large washbasin and toilet. All windows can be darkened with electric blinds. On the mezzanine in the hallway is a washing machine. A carport is available behind the house free of charge; loading and unloading is directly at the house. Here you can also park your bicycles.

Shopping facilities, restaurants as well as the train station are within 1 km. Walk to the castle Martinsburg or stroll through the old town alleys, past the old town hall, the Salhofplatz with its battlements with witch tower or cross the Lahn to get to the former customs tower. Lahneck Castle is a must-see. Lahnstein, at the meeting point of the Lahn and Rhine, in the UNESCO World Heritage Upper Middle Rhine Valley with the Germanic-Rhaetian Limes, the Loreley, Marksburg Castle, Stolzenfels Castle, Allerheiligenberg Chapel and many other sights will enchant you. Pedal along the Limes cycle path, hike along the Rheinsteig to the Ruppertsklamm gorge or follow the Lahn Camino. Enjoy a Rhine River cruise or cast your line in the Lahn for numerous Central European fish species. Guest fishing permits must be purchased. Koblenz and also Bad Ems are reached after a few minutes drive.
