The rural house is located less than ten minutes from the center of Alhaurín el Grande and from different road connections that will keep you connected to the entire province. You will have all the benefits of being close to the urban center without losing the opportunity to stay away from crowds. . Due to the proximity of the different local businesses that this town offers, some businesses have home delivery, which will make shopping and your daily life easier.



Near Kadampa meditation center, you will have this meditation temple very close by. Just a two-minute walk away you can get there and enjoy the facilities.



Upon arrival, you will see that the entire perimeter of the plot is fenced for your peace of mind and comfort, you will be able to store your vehicle without problems inside the plot.



The first view you get of the accommodation is of the main entrance, single-story and recently renovated, sheltered on the outside by a small garden with corners for resting and reading. This garden, designed for relaxation, is fenced and you will love having a tea or reading a book.



At the entrance of the accommodation, a spacious and bright hallway welcomes you, the wooden touches, mixed with a very efficient and modern decoration, will fit you as soon as you enter the accommodation.



This hallway connects you directly with the living room and the American kitchen. Also, both to the right and to the left are the bedrooms that house the eight beds in this accommodation.



The living room is spacious, comfortable, bright and with the advantage of having the kitchen always visible, you can cook and keep an eye on the little ones, even if they are in the outside area. This living room and kitchen space communicates directly with the outdoor terrace and the pool area, which, having access by stairs, has security measures around its perimeter so that the little ones cannot access it without permission.



You can also cook in the outdoor barbecue space, comfortable, practical, you can prepare your barbecues comfortably. The space is fully equipped so that you have no problems preparing any dish.



Thanks to the outdoor furniture offered by the accommodation, you can enjoy both the pool space and the outdoor terrace.



The bedrooms are spacious and bright, all with space to store your luggage and with windows that will always have natural light. The distribution of the beds is as follows; three bedrooms with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds.
