Wunderschöne Wohnung in Gienau mit Großer Terrasse

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich auf unserem großen fasst 7.000 m² Anwesen mit Teich, Wellnessgebäude mit WC, Dusche, Ruhezone und einem überdachten Outdoor Whirlpool/Badefass für bis zu 8 Personen neben dem großen Teich. .


Die Ferienwohnung bietet für bis zu 6 Personen Platz, ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und im Nebenraum was auch als Wohnzimmer genutzt werden kann stehen noch 4 weitere Betten zur Verfügung.

Im Wohnzimmer der Ferienwohnung steht auch ein Billardtisch, ein Tischkicker, ein TV Gerät, eine Hifianlage und eine große Sitzecke. Ein großer Tisch steht am oberen Treppenaufgang für bis zu 8 Personen.

Toiletten und Dusche, Küche finden sich in der unteren Etage. Hier ist ein großes Raum mit über 150 m², der zu feierlichen Anlässen vor Ort dazu gemietet werden kann, siehe Bilder. Der Beamer mit Großer Leinwand 3,0 x 1,5 cm kann in der Zeit mit genutzt werden.

Die Räume werden über eine Infarotheizung beheizt oder über den großen 30 KW Holzofen Bruno, Bennmaterial kann gestellt werden.

Für gemütliche Abende gibt es eine große Terrasse zum Garten und einen überdachten Bereich zum Teich und zum Landhaus 6 x 20 Meter, siehe Bilder.
