Das Appartementhaus befindet sich im alten historischem Stadtteil von Sassnitz. Nur wenige Gehminuten von der Ostsee entfernt erreichen Sie die Strandpromenade, den Stadthafen und berühmte Kreideküste.



Die Villa Maria ist eine alte Bädervilla mit verglasten Holzbalkonen und befindet sich in der historischen Altstadt von Sassnitz.. Das Haus beherbergt 12 Ferienwohnungen. Einige Appartements verfügen über Meerblick, Balkon oder Terrasse. Die Kreideküste ist zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Restaurants, Bäcker, kleine Lädchen finden Sie in wenigen Gehminuten. Die Tourist-Information und der Stadthafen sind auch ganz in der Nähe. Der nächste Sandstrand befindet sich in 9 Km Entfernung. Zum Fährhafen sind es 6 km. Der Bahnhof befindet sich in der Stadtmitte. Sassnitz ist ein „Staatlich anerkannter Erholungsort“ und daher kurabgabepflichtig. Die Kurkarte erhalten bei Anreise direkt bei Ihrem Vermieter.
