House by the water

From the "Haus am Wasser" the next shopping possibility is 5 minutes away by car. The city centre is also very easy to reach by car in 10-15 minutes, there is a boat rental, various museums and the Otto Huss invites you to marvel. During a short break at the Delft with coffee or tea you can listen to the chimes of our beautiful town hall on the hour. From here you can also start nice day trips to one of our great islands such as Borkum or Norderney. But also Emden itself has beautiful corners to offer, like the city forest, which invites you to a wonderful bike tour. And of course, Emden also has a number of restaurants to cater for your needs, many of which also offer a delivery service. It is a nice and cosy upper flat (separate entrance and own parking space) with an idyllic view of the water.The flat is located in a quiet suburb of Emden. From above you can see our beautiful garden, which you are very welcome to use.There is a lot of space to play, barbecue, fish or just relax (just let your feet dangle in the water). As we have a canal right outside the door, you are welcome to bring your boat. This can be lowered into the water at the nearby slipway. You are also welcome to bring your own bikes and park them in our garden. The flat consists of a nice living and dining area with a fitted kitchen equipped with a fridge, a kettle, a coffee machine, a toaster, cooking utensils and dishes and cutlery for 6 persons. Adjacent to the living room is the bedroom with a double bed (1,40x2,00) and a single bed (90x2,00). If you have small children with you, we will gladly provide you with a travel bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a washbasin, a WC and a hairdryer. In addition, the towels, which are available for you, are located here. The house on the waterfront offers you free WLAN access as well as a TV and if you should ever get too hot in summer, you can use the air conditioning for an extra charge of 5€ per day. NOTE: For the final cleaning 35€ without dog and 45€ with dog will be charged! Because of Corona we disinfect all smooth surfaces and clean even more intensive. Furthermore, there is a Corona questionnaire in the flat, which you have to fill in!Short descriptionOther : Non-smoking houseShort description 1Number of kitchens : 1SurroundingNearby sports facilities : Bike tours, Canoeing, Fishing, Football area, Indoor riding arena, Riding possibilities, Rowing, Sailing, Sport center, TennisRental Facilities : Bicycle rental service, car rentalGarden and outdoorGarden facilities : Garden furniture provided, Grill

    “Wij hebben een mooie vakantie gehad ondankshet niet altijd mooi weer.
    Aardige en vriendelijke mensen, locatiemooi en appartement ook mooi en van alles voorzien.
    Eigenlijk hebben wij geen opmerkingen.
    Ook heb ik er fijn kunnen vissen en ook nog behoorlijk wat gevangen. Al met al een geslaagde vakantie.”
