Attractive holiday house with pool, is located in the small village Mimice, on the Omiš Riviera. The comfortable home impresses with high-quality interiors and is perfect for a dream holiday. Due to the hillside the main entrance is on the first floor, where are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Internal stairs lead down to the ground floor with spacious living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. On the fenced-in and well-maintained plot is a pool terrace, from which a magnificent view is offered, that exceeds all expectations. About 10 minutes walk away is a pebble beach, to which a steep path leads. Behind the house runs a road from Napoleon's times, which is now a 10 km long bike path. Visit the town of Omiš with sandy beaches and the old town, which is rich in summer events.
