The ground floor consists of a modern and tastefully decorated living room with dining area, kitchen and 1 bathroom with shower. Wooden staircase leads to the first floor designed as a resting area with 3 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bathroom with shower. One bedroom has access to a beautiful balcony equipped with a table and chairs.Holiday house Sunshine is equipped with air conditioning, SAT-TV, wi-fi internet, baby bed, iron and ironing board, stove, hood, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine and swings for children. 1 parking place is available with extra charge and on request on the property near holiday house Sunshine.
The spacious outdoor area will provide much needed peace and tranquility - lush Mediterranean garden equipped with outdoor furniture and swings for children makes a perfect sanctuary for that first cup of coffee in the morning or a nice glass of wine in the evening, while looking at the surrounding hills and soaking in the scents of lavender and rosemary.
