    “Positiv: Keurig verzorgd, compleet, schitterend uitzicht, ideale lokatie en vriendelijk personeel. Negativ: Door de verschillende emails van over de boeking was veel niet meer duidelijk, o.a. waar de sleutel opgehaald moest worden. We kwamen terrecht in een dorp dat een kwartier rijden was vanaf het appartement was. Daar bleek het verhuurbedrijf alleen ingeschreven te staan ipv daar ook werkelijk vanuit te werken. Erg verwarrend. Volgende keer minder emails verzenden en duidelijk zijn over waar de sleutel kan worden afgehaald en op welke tijden. Beter is een sleutelkluisje bij de deur van het appartement te plaatsen of te melden dat de sleutel gewoon afgehaald kan worden bij de receptie naast het appartement en op welke tijden deze geopend is.”
