Die neuwertige 3½-Zimmer Wohnung für max. 6 Personen befindet sich in Obersaxen-Valata direkt neben der Skipiste und der Talstation. Ski-in Ski-out. Skiraum vorhanden. Im Sommer ist es der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Biketouren.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Obergeschoss des Gebäudes, gleich oberhalb des Restaurants Talstation Valata.
Vom Balkon aus hat man eine wunderbare Sicht auf den Piz Mundaun und weitere Berge der Surselva. Sehr ruhige Lage.
Die Wohnung wurde im Jahre 2018 eingebaut und hat zwei Schlafzimmer, ein grosszügiger Wohnbereich und eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche wo eigentlich alles inkl. den gängigen Gewürzen zu finden ist.
Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine, Tischgrill, Fonduezubehör und einheitliches Geschirr stehen zur Verfügung.
WLAN steht kostenlos zur Verfügung.
Bettwäsche kann selbst mitgebracht oder gemietet werden (CHF 15.-- pro Person).
Für die Kurtaxe werden CHF 3.-- pro erwachsene Person und Nacht erhoben. Kinder CHF 1.80. Die Kurtaxen sind am Ferienende bei der Schlüsselabgabe abzurechnen. Das Gleiche gilt auch für Bettwäsche und Handtücher, wenn diese optionell vom Vermieter bezogen werden.
Im Sommer sind die Bergbahnen und weitere Angebote wie Minigolf etc. im Preis inbegriffen.
