The cottage is on two floors and can accommodate 6 people in 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and is ideal for a vacation with children and a pet. On the first floor there is a kitchen, living room and a bathroom. Via interior stairs you can reach the 1st floor, where you will find the 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.
A highlight of the house is the activity room, which is located in the annex and is equipped with a variety of activities. After an exciting day of vacation you can end the day here with billiards, table tennis and co.
Outside, the outdoor pool invites you to cool off and have fun swimming. On cooler days you can warm up in the sauna or the whirlpool of the house and switch off from everyday life. Thanks to the two terraces and the balcony, you can always find a nice place to read or relax outside. The large garden offers plenty of space to play.
The house is located not far from a river, where anglers can try their luck. The town of Vara?din, rich in cultural and historical offer, is also not far from the house.
