Charming Apartment in Santa Croce with Terrace and Garden, Near Rialto Bridge
At only 25 meters from the Gran Canal and from vaporetto's stops, a whimsical, light filled loft awaits you. This cozy space overlooks a garden, and has a small terrace on the rooves of Venice. There is a double bedroom and a sofa bed for 2 in the living room.
Our apartment has wooden floors and consists of a living room with a large study area, an equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a washing machine. There is one double bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub and hand held shower as well as a small terrace on the roof: maximum comfort and peaceful location! A sofa bed for 2 in the living room is also available . A lift bring you in front of the apartment's door.The apartment is scrupulously cleaned, disinfected and sanitized with ozone.
It is located in one of the liveliest areas of the city. It's convenient location is only a 10 minute walk from the Rialto Bridge, a 10 minute walk from the parking area and even less from the train station. The heart of life of the area is the San Giacomo dall'Orio square: a very peaceful place where you can find local restaurants and grocery stores. Numerous artistic attractions are also close to our apartment, such as the Santa Maria Gloriosia dei Frari Church with the famous Assunta of Tiziano, and the Scuola Grande di San Rocco featuring Tintoretto's paintings. Walking 5 minutes you can easily reach the Ca' Pesaro museum of modern art or the Natural History Museum, recently restored.
