The Rufeno apartment is autonomous and is part of a large farmhouse with 5 apartments in total. It is located on the ground floor - it can accommodate 4 people and is 110 sqm. You enter the living room with sofa and satellite TV and you enter the kitchen with table and chairs for eating (oven, gas with four burners, then from the corridor you enter the bathroom with tub (toilet, sink and bidet), a bedroom with double bed , a bedroom with two single beds which can become a double bed if required. LPG gas central heating.

The apartment has its own outdoor area with table and chairs for outdoor dining. Shared swimming pool (13x8 meters) equipped with sun beds, tables and chairs, shaded area. Shared laundry room (with washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline, espresso machine). Games room with table tennis and table football. Travel cot and baby high chair available. The farmhouse can be reached by a country road of about 2.5 km. The location is quiet and the farmhouse is surrounded by nature. A restaurant is 2.5 km away. The nearest town is Acquapendente which is 11km away. where you can find shops, restaurants, hospital, bank, pharmacy etc ..)
