Lovely Apartment in Acquapendente with Common Pool
BELLAVISTA HOLIDAYS is a farmhouse located in central Italy, on the border between Lazio and Tuscany. It is immersed in an unspoiled countryside and is located on a hill about 300 meters above sea level. It enjoys a very panoramic position overlooking Monte Amiata, Monte Cetona and the Monte Rufeno nature reserve.
The Azzara apartment is autonomous and is part of a large farmhouse with 5 apartments in total. Azzara is spread over two floors and is located in a more independent position than the other apartments as it is located at the back of the farmhouse. It can accommodate 6 people and is 115 square meters.Ground floor: you enter the living room with sofa and satellite TV, with table and chairs for dining, equipped kitchen, from the hallway you enter the corridor and the bathroom with shower (toilet, sink and bidet).First floor: the internal wooden staircase leads to a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds which can become a double bed if required, bathroom with tub. Independent gas heating.
The apartment has its own outdoor area with table and chairs for outdoor dining. Shared swimming pool (13x8 meters) equipped with sun beds, tables and chairs, shaded area. Shared laundry room (with washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothesline, espresso machine). Games room with table tennis and table football. WI Fi Free in the common areas of the garden outside the apartment and games room. Large garden with barbecue. Games for children.
Travel cot and baby high chair available. The farmhouse can be reached by a country road of about 2.5 km. The location is quiet and the farmhouse is surrounded by nature. A restaurant is 2.5 km away. The nearest town is Acquapendente which is 11km away. where you can find shops, restaurants, hospital, bank, pharmacy etc ..)
