Nerida Beachfront villas comprise of three exceptionally designed villas each with its own swimming pool and built as close to the beach as one ever could wish for.




Our guests can instantly access to beautiful two sandy beaches just by opening their front door. In front of the villas you will indulge to the view of the Germatas bay, a rocky sandy beach and on the other side you will see the Hawaii beach an 8 km isolated sandy, quiet beach.




The villas welcome families, adults and couples. However, in case of an inquiry of all three villas they can accommodate a maximum of 22 guests.

Either you seek to calm and relax after a long day of kite-surfing and windsurfing or you would rather enjoy sandy beaches, peace and detox from your urban lifestyle our villas can be your next everlasting holiday memories.
