The pedestrian area in the centre of Cala D'Or offers shops, bars, a good choice of restaurants and pubs with live music. Cala D’Or marina with superb water front restaurants and cafeterias is only a short walk away.
Villa Margarita has a main house and an annex. The main house offers a fitted kitchen with access to the outside and a living-dining room. Two bedrooms; a double and a twin that share a separate bathroom with a bath and separate shower. The third bedroom is in the first floor annex, accessed by external stairs where there is also a second lounge and bathroom.
Outside there is a built-in barbecue and covered terrace for al fresco dining. The pool is sorrounded by a sun terrace with sun beds to enjoy the summery days.
