Our Appartementhaus Garden with it's cosy studios is located directly opposite from Hotel Hochfilzer in the heart of Ellmau. All studios have a tee-/coffee kitchen, separate living/sleeping room, bathrom with separate WC, balcony and therefore offer the perfect accommodation for families with small children. The rich breakfast buffet from Hotel Hochfilzer can be booked on request as well.

PLEASE NOTE that dogs are not allowed in our Haus Garden.
There is no elevator in the Haus Garden and the rooms are reachable by stairs only.

Our comfortable family apartments (40-45 sqm) with one living room and 1 bedroom are equipped with balcony, bathtub, WC, radio, cable TV and flat screen, lounge, telephone, safe, hairdryer and equipped kitchenette. Enjoy your family holiday in "Tyrolean style".
