Our cozy country house is located in Eben am Achensee, in the middle of meadows, forests and mountains in a particularly quiet and sunny location. Nevertheless, the Landhaus Schwaninger is only a 5-minute walk away from the center of Maurach am Achensee.

This bright, newly renovated apartment is located on the first floor of our house and offers a wonderful panoramic view of the Tyrolean mountains on two balconies. Two spacious balconies to the west and northwest invite you to linger.

On a total size of around 45m², the apartment has two separate bedrooms (a large room with a double bed and TV, and a small room with two single beds), as well as a central room with a living and dining area. In addition, the apartment has a private bathroom with shower and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped. The couch in the living area can be used as an additional bed.

There are also numerous storage spaces for sports equipment and a protected parking lot available to our guests. The spacious garden with barbecue area and children's playground also offers the opportunity to relax and enjoy.
