Residence Mala is a family house located in Funtana, just 100m from the well-maintained beaches. Restaurants, shops and the marina are a few minutes' walk away.
A total of 4 newly furnished apartments are for rent in the house, one for 4 people, two for 2 people and one for 3 people. On the fully fenced garden of 400m2 guests have available for shared use: swimming pool with salt water, sunbeds and umbrellas, garden furniture for outdoor dining, covered brick barbecue, and covered parking for bicycles. Host lives at the ground floor of the house, and several parking spaces are located in front of the house.
Apartment Residence Mala 1 for 4 guests is located in the attic of the house, with a total area of 70m2, and consists of a living room with an equipped kitchen, a dining table, two bedrooms with double beds, each with its own shower/toilet, and one with balcony. From the living room there is a terrace with seating and a beautiful view of the sea, as well as a view of the pool. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are available and included in the price.
Youth groups are not allowed.
Final cleaning is additionally charged 40,-Eur on the spot.

80% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 2nd day prior to arrival
95% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
