The flat Parque Santiago 3 is located in the complex Parque Santiago III, which is situated in the most central and sunny area of Playa de las Americas, the holiday paradise in the south of Tenerife. Directly on the so-called 'golden mile'.Directly in the complex there is a shopping centre with a total of 153 different shops offering something suitable for everyone.This flat is located almost directly on the beautiful beach of Playa de las Americas, in a very central location of the most popular holiday complex in the south of Tenerife. The complex has a large pool. There is also a children's pool, a water playground for children with water slides, a pool bar and a cafeteria where you can also have a snack in between. The area of the entire complex is 47,000 m².Within the complex there are bars, restaurants, a pool shop and several hairdressing salons. The family atmosphere makes for a relaxed and enjoyable holiday.From the balcony you have a beautiful view to the sea and over the shopping street, which invites you to shop and stroll with many restaurants and shopping possibilities.Enjoy the well-kept surroundings during a walk along the beach promenade, which is several kilometres long, and stroll past the most beautiful boutiques and shops. In the surrounding area you will find some of the hippest restaurants on the island. You can walk to the fishing and ferry port of Los Cristianos via the promenade in about 10 minutes. The complex is one of the best places in Tenerife for a beach and bathing holiday.All golf courses can be reached within a few minutes by car. The nearest golf course is only about 600 metres away (Playa de las Americas Golfcourt).The largest water park in Europe - the Siam Park - is also only a few minutes away by car, as are the Aqua Park, the Jungle Park and the Parque Las Aguilas (an eagle park above Chayofa).

From the terrace you have a beautiful view to the beach and the sea. You can hear the sound of the sea on the terrace. Upstairs is the bedroom and the bathroom, the bedroom has a balcony with 2 sun loungers. The terrace has seating furniture, you can sit there in the evening with a glass of wine and enjoy the sunset over the sea.The kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, as well as toaster, kettle and coffee maker. There is also a washing machine with iron and ironing board.The flat is ideal for a bathing and beach holiday, and it is also ideal for a long-term holiday. The complex has a very nice pool area as well as a gym. There is also a bistro by the pool for snacks and ice cream (for a fee).
