The apartment of about 60 sqm and 4 sleeping places spread over 2 levels is located in a newly built barn overlooking the meadows just 5 min walking distance from göta älv.There is a fully equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher and sheets and towels are included.In the living room there is Platt TV with cable TV and wifi Bus is 2 km away that takes you to Älvängen where you can take the commuter train to Gothenburg in 20 minutes.In Älvängen center there is everything you can think of in service supermarkets, pharmacies, shoe shops, flower shops etc.In Ale municipality there are golf, hiking trails, cycle paths, canoeing opportunities, fishing waters, etc.

The bathroom also has a 2-person Jacuzzi that is free and open all year round, as well as a heated outdoor pool open in summer from 15 june to 31 of august.

In the apartment you have everything you need in the kitchen and in the bathroom there is a washingmaschine and a dryer.

The apartment is 500 meters from Göta Älv it is a river that goes from Stockholm to Gothenburg.

At the river you can do some barbequeing, fishing and walk along to the nearest town Älvängen it is 4 km.

In Älvängen you have supermarkets that are open to 23:00 and free parking and a train to Gothenburg or Trollhättan in 20 minutes
