The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The house has BAL FOL 142 (lower apartment for 6 people) and BAL FOL 143 (upper apartment for 9 people). We are mainly looking for families with small children. The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking lot on the property.

Outdoor pool (diameter 4.5 m, depth 1.2 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from mid of May to the end of September.
