Enjoy unforgettable days in the green countryside with a gorgeous view over the rhinevalley and the sea of vines directly in front of the house. Two holiday apartments with balcony are located in quiet surroundings at the edge of the palatian forest in Bad Dürkheim-Leistadt and are, nevertheless, less than 4 km away of the Wurstmarkt/Rießenfass. Both are equipped comfortably and have big panorama windows which allow a breathtaking view. From the balcony one can observe the resident animal world.

Many towns and manifold excursion destinations in the whole Rhine-Neckar area and the palatian forest are easy and quick to reach. The footpaths „Deutsche Weinstrasse“ and "Rund um Leistadt" past the house and invite for going for a walk. Also your four-legged friend is welcome. Please let us know if you like to bring your pet with you. Your pet will be charged like a further guest.

Smoking is not permitted in the whole building. On the balcony may be smoked with pleasure. Please don't throw the cigarette ends on the ground or in the scenery.

Domestic animals are welcome (after registration) and will be registrated as further guest/s and charged with 15.- € per day fromon more than two guests. Simply register your domestic animal/s simply as further guest/s in the booking process.
Domestic animals must be led leashed inside the building (e.g., on the stair and in the hall) out of consideration for other guests and my cat. For hygienic reasons they are not allowed to stay on the furniture, especially the bed. Should a domestic animal not be housebroken, behaving aggressively towards guests or other occupants with lasting effect, or interfere other occupants with persistent noise (e.g., barking of several hours), we reserve ourselves to no longer permit the access of the animal to the house. The city law of Bad Dürkheim demands dogs to be leashed in the communal district.

The use of open fire is not permitted in the whole building and on the balcony. Barbecueing with wood, coal, gas and liquid fuels and campfire belong to it. However, you are allowed have a barbecue on request on our property over the street with open fire. The general security instructions with the contact with open fire are to be kept. Before abandonment the grill / fire place / has to be extinguished completely. With special weather conditions (e.g., of extreme dryness or strong blasts of wind) we prohibit the use of open fire on all our properties completely.

In consideration for the other guests we ask to respect to the rest periods, and to avoid unnecessary noise at night.
