Our holiday apartments are located at the beginning of the Biella Valley 1 km from the railway station in a quiet location.
Bärenstein is situated in the middle between the winter sports resort Altenberg and the watch-making town Glashütte and offers many interesting walks from the front door.
The train provides a good connection from Bärenstein to Altenberg or Dresden.
In our surroundings we gladly recommend:
- the visitor mine and local history museum,
- the Lauenstein Castle with its falconry and the beautiful wildlife park,
- the Glashütte watch Museum with its circular trail above Glashütte,
- the sleigh and bobsleigh racing track in Altenberg/Hirschsprung,
- the observation tower in Oberbärenburg,
- the Hüttenteich, Galgenteich and the Stadtbad Lauenstein for bathing,
- Adventure park Altenberg with climbing garden and summer toboggan run and much more
The apartment "Zum Geisingberg" has 63 m² and is equipped with a kitchen complete with dishwasher and a large extendable table for 8 persons. The spacious bathroom (8 m²) has a shower with flat a entrance, toilet and a large sink. The separate 12 m² bedroom has a double bed. A bed for infants can be provided. The 16 m² living room / 2nd bedroom has a pull-out sofa, table and armchair. The possibility for an extra bed is available.
TV, radio, board and children's games are available.
The apartment is suitable for up to 4 adults and 2 children (8 - 10 years).
