    “Für kurzen Aufenthalt ok, im Moment für längere Ferien nicht empfehlenswert. Positiv: Die Größe ist für 6 Personen angebracht. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Ein schöner Balkon mit Ausblick. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, für Urlauber ideal, aber trotzdem ist die Stadt in ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Es ist alles da, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt braucht (Bettwäsche und Handtücher, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Backofen, Kühlschrank). Negativ: Leider ist an jedem Fenster schwarzer Schimmel, das war für unsere eine Nacht tolerierbar, für längere Aufenthalte ist das aber sicher ungesund. Die Betten haben sehr laut geknarrt bei jeder Bewegung. Die Ausstattung ist etwas angestaubt (aus DDR Zeit), manche Möbelteile sind nicht mehr ganz fest. TV im Wohnzimmer brummt sehr laut. Leider ist derzeit die ganze Straße vorm Haus aufgerissen, Anfahrt mit dem Auto nur bis ca 200 Meter zum Anfang der Baustelle möglich! Da kann der Vermieter nichts dazu, aber ein Hinweis im Vorfeld wäre nett gewesen. Pumpe vom Aquarium im Treppenhaus ziemlich laut. Beste Reisezeit: Spring, summer, autumn - Im Winter wegen der steilen Berge vielleicht nicht unbedingt die erste Wahl, kommt aufs Auto an. Empfehlung: Families, groups - Gute Größe für mehrere Personen (bis 6). Wohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss also für Personen mit Gehbeschwerden nicht zu empfehlen.”

    “Positiv: Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter.
    In der Unterkunft war alles was man so braucht und es war sehr sauber.
    Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung und wir hatten einen tollen Blick auf Dresden.
    Wir werden bestimmt wieder hinfahren. Freizeit: Frauenkirche, Semper Ober, Zwinger,Schloß Pillnitz, Schifffahrt auf der Elbe”
