The apartment is located in a quiet dead end road in the center of Tettnang. From the living room and the dormitories you have a wonderful view to Tettnang Castle and parts of lake constance.
Downtown Tettnang you reach within a 5 minutes walk, free car parking is available right in front of the door. Shopping, public transport and medical services are within 3-6 minutes walk.
Our excellent furnishing includes at least one door or window with insect screens, radiators and roller shutter in each room.
In the kitchen there is a dining table for four persons and a fully equiped kitchen. Cutlery and dishes are available for adults and small children.
In the bedroom you will find two separate beds with bedside table, linen cupboard and luggage rack and in the children´s room a cot, baby cot, table, high chair and some toys.
The living room is equiped with a sofa bed, 55“ satellite TV, bluray player and information about regional touristic attractions in our bookshelf.
The bathroom contains a bath, shower cabin, underfloor heating and towels for four persons. The lavatory is separat.
On the balcony you will find two loungers and a folding table.

A deposit of 25 Euros/night can be charged when booking. You can pay the balance in cash on site or by bank transfer until 1 day before arrival.
Cancellation until 20 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged with 40% of total amount.
Smoking in the appartment and pets are not permitted.
You can use all rooms in the apartment. Basic stock of consumables such like toilet paper, dish soap, soap etc. is available for the length of stay.
