The residence consists of 7 elegant and stylish villas on gated property designed for maximum comfort and luxury: villa Audrey, villa Grace, villa Brigitte, villa Marilyn, villa Elizabeth, villa Ingrid and villa Sophia. Each villa is carefully designed in a similar, but yet unique way with attention to details and the use of best materials which combine style and functionality in order to be your perfect home away from home.Villa Ingrid covers the area of 191 m2 divided on ground and first floor and consists of 4 contemporary bedrooms which can comfortably accommodate up to 8 persons, ideal for groups of friends or larger families.The ground floor is designed as a spacious and bright lounge area which consists of a fully equipped modern kitchen, contemporary living room with dining area, 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bathroom with shower. The living room has access to the garden and pool area through a large sliding glass door which allows the entire area to become open concept. Villa Ingrid covers the garden of the area 143 m2 with a beautiful covered terrace and outside dining table for enjoying diners using an outdoor grill.Modern staircase leads to the first floor, designed as a resting area with 3 bedrooms with double beds and en suite bathrooms. Each bedroom in the villa is equipped with air conditioning and flat SAT-TV. Two bedrooms share a balcony with a partial seaview while one bedroom has a balcony with a beautiful seaview.Villa Ingrid is fully air conditioned and equipped with flat SAT-TVs, wi-fi internet, iron and ironing board, safe, oven, stove, hood, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee machine, dishes and cutlery, hair dryer in each bedroom, washing machine and board games for children. Baby cot and high chair are available on request. The property offers 3 gated parking places, free of charge. Up to 2 pets are allowed in the villa, free of charge. Guests are provided with a welcome pack upon their arrival.
