The completely renovated house (June 2020) offers attractive, hygienic, practical and comfortable accommodation with a touch of luxury. Particular attention was paid to a child-friendly and safe home. You can bring a pet and enjoy a wonderful holiday with your family.
The house has a cozy living room, an open kitchen with all amenities such as a combined microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and toaster and an attractive dining area.
The first bedroom has two single beds and a sink. The bathroom has a rain shower, wash basin furniture with hairdryer and a separate toilet. A washing machine with dryer is available so that you can run your laundry.
On the upper floor above the spacious landing with built-in closet you will find two further bedrooms, each with two single beds. The second room has a dormer window, so there is plenty of light and space. The third bedroom has its own sink and a wall unit. . All beds have a high quality Emma mattress and a towel radiator in every room.
The house is continuously laid with a beautiful PVC floor and there is plenty of storage space. There is central heating for the cold days. The house has a fully fenced garden with plants and mesh. The terrace has been renewed and has various seating areas. There is a bike shed with a charging station for your own bikes.
In 5 minutes you can walk to the sea, surrounded by dunes, forest and beach in a bike-friendly environment. The house is located in a car-free and child-friendly park with its own parking space. A playground is available. The small park is at the foot of the dunes. the highest in the Netherlands. The largest playground in the Netherlands is nearby. You can park your car on site.
The center of Zoutelande is a 5-minute bike ride or a 10-minute walk away and offers a wide range of restaurants, shops, souvenir shops, bike rental and a fresh bakery. The fashionable Domburg is half an hour away by bike, just like Middelburg with its many monuments
