Die Wohnung (ca. 56 m² einschließlich Balkon) befindet sich  im 1. Obergeschoss, besteht aus kleiner Küche mit Esstisch, Wohn-Schlafzimmer, Schlafzimmer, 2 Duschen und WCs, Balkon.
SAT-TV und Filterkaffeemaschine sind vorhanden.
Große Liegewiese (Tischtennis, Western-Grillplatz) am Haus und ein großer Aufenthaltsraum mit Terrasse für gemeinsame Aktivitäten stehen außerdem zur Verfügung.

steht unser Haus in einem großen Garten mit Liegen, Grillplatz und Tischtennis. Ein großer Aufenthaltsraum mit Terrasse, Brettspielen und Büchern bietet Platz für Geselligkeit auch an Regentagen. Jedes Appartement hat einen Schlafraum, einen Wohn-Schlafraum mit TV, Bad oder 2 Duschen mit WC, und eine kleine Küche.
Gleich um die Ecke gelangen Sie bei freiem Eintritt ins Seebad.

Architekturinteressierten bietet das berühmte "Steinhaus" von Arch. G. Domenig Führungen und künstlerische Veranstaltungen.
