Vakantiehuis aan zee in natuurgebied zeeland Geschakelde bungalow in een blok van vier, geschikt voor 4 personen (2 huisdieren max.), gelegen op een kleinschalig autovrij vakantiepark op loopafstand van het oude vissersdorp Stavenisse.



De begane grond, ca. 55 m² is verdeeld in volgende kamers: een woonkamer met flatscreen-televisie (extra Duitse- en kinderzenders via satelliet) en twee tweepersoonsbanken; daarnaast een slaapkamer met een tweepersoonsbed; een volledig ingerichte keuken met fornuis, oven, magnetron, koffiezetapparaat en eettafel en een badkamer met douche en wastafel en toilet. Een wasmachine is in het halletje naar de badkamer aanwezig. Op de bovenverdieping vind u een slaapkamer met twee losse eenpersoons bedden. Verder is er boven een vide met extra bed. In ieder slaapvertrek is uiteraard een opbergkast. Ook een kinderbed en eetstoel zijn aanwezig in het huis. Gratis internet (Wifi) in en om het huis en bij het restaurant/bar. Parkeergelegenheid is op ongeveer 75 meter van het huis en een karretje is aanwezig om uw spullen te vervoeren.




Het circa 30m2 rondom overdekte terras beschikt over tuinmeubels, parasol en een barbecue. De tuin is omheind en daardoor ook prima geschikt voor kinderen en honden. Uitzicht op een groot gras speelveld met daarop een kleine kinderspeeltuin, voetbalveld, volleybalveld etc.



Het park biedt diverse faciliteiten, waaronder een café/restaurant, fietsenverhuur (indien voorradig), Kids4fun club, trampoline, basketbal, all-weather tennisbaan, tafeltennis, voetbalveld, volleybal, badminton, jeu-de-boule baan, speeltuin met schommel/glijbaan en een buitenbad met kinderbad. Afhankelijk van de weersomstandigheden is het bad geopend van juni tot september. Van al deze faciliteiten mag u als gast gratis gebruik maken.



Wijde polders, zee, oude dorpjes, dijken, natuur, duik-, fiets- en wandelplezier.

    “Huisje en inboedel is ietwat gedateerd maar alle comfort is aanwezig.
    Wat ons wel verbaasde, er is geenbranddetectie aanwezig in de woning.
    Opletten met de hond op wandelingen langs de dijk ivm oester schelpen, zeer gevaarlijk voor de poten en liggen verspreid over de dijk door de vogels.
    Zeer rustige omgeving met veel wandel mogelijkheden en een klein halfuurtje rijden naar de kust (Ouddorp).”

    “Zunächst handelt es sich um ein Haus, mit vier Ferienwohnungen. Ein Viertel davon war unsere Wohnung. Die Wohnung selbst enthält küchentechnisch alles wichtige Werkzeug, sowie Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank, Gaskochfeld, E-Herd und Waschmaschine. Die Heizungsrohre liegen auf der Wand. Alles ist schon sehr abgerockt, aber leidlich funktionsfähig. Das Schlafzimmer war sehr eng. Der Teppich, so naja. Das Bad ist ohne Fenster und Lüftungsmöglichkeit, riecht schon etwas und wartet dringend auf eine Sanierung. Die Wohnung heizte sich sehr schnell auf, da auch nur Rollos installiert waren. Internet und TV waren vorhanden. Der Garten und Stühle waren praktisch. Schön war die Nähe zum Gemeinschaftspool, Innenstadt und Deich. Es ist gerade mit Hund sehr praktisch hier. Einen echten Strand findet man jedoch nur mit viel Fahrerei. Das Auto kann entfernt aber gut abgestellt werden. Im Hafen der Stadt befindet sich ein einfaches Restaurant, ein Cafe und ein guter Lebensmittelladen. In der Ferienanlage ist auch ein Restaurant. Vegane Ernährung ist insgesamt jedoch schwer umsetzbar. Die Menschen sind sehr nett. Die Gegend ist traumhaft schön, mit viel Natur zum Radeln. Schnell ist man in Belgien, am Stauwerk etc.”
