Appartement in Berghäuser mit Sonnigem Balkon
Mitte 2019 wurde diese Wohnung durch den Eigentümer übernommen und umfassend renoviert. Eine neue Einrichtung, teils neue Böden, Elektrik, neue Heizungen und eine neue Warmwasserversorgung wurden installiert. Im Schlafzimmer wartet ein gemütliches großes 180x200cm Futonbett auf Sie. Vom sonnigen Balkon schauen sie über einen kleinen Bach auf das angrenzende Biotop. Im Wohnzimmer erwarten Sie eine gemütliche runde Essecke, eine bequeme Eckcouch sowie zur Unterhaltung HD Sat TV und eine Hifi Anlage. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Ceranfeld, Kühlschrank mit Eisfach, Mikrowelle mit Grillfunktion und natürlich allen Kochutensilien. Kaffeemaschine, Toaster und Wasserkocher sind natürlich vorhanden. Das Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dachfenster ist hell und freundlich. Die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer ist durch eine Liegefläche von ca. 190x140 cm für Kinder geeignet. Für den Sommerlichen Grillabend ist eine Elektrogrill vorhanden.
Zusätzlich verfügt die Wohnung über W-Lan, Rauchmelder, Luftreiniger mit Hepa14 Filter, Spender zur Handdesinfektion, Erste Hilfe Kasten und Feuerlöscher sowie einen Fahrradständer am Eingang.
Die Wohnung liegt im Obergeschoss und hat einen eigenen Außeneingang über einen Laubengang, der über eine Treppe erreicht wird.
