XXL holiday apartment in a cozy house with communal sauna. Due to the height of 924 meters you have a beautiful panoramic view. You can make exclusive and free use of the sauna twice a week. The ski bus stop is only 100 meters from your accommodation. The free ski bus takes you to the Grossarltal-Dorfgastein ski area two kilometers away, which is also the gateway to Austria's largest ski area, the Ski amadÉ. These are the best conditions for a wonderful winter holiday.

Activities nearby: The Grossarltal-Dorfgastein ski area offers guaranteed snow, wide slopes and rustic ski huts. For those who prefer a quiet cross-country track over the alpine ski circuit, the Grossarltal offers a total of about 25 kilometers of trails, such as the Grossarl trail from Grossarl to the local museum of Kösslerhäusl. The trails are laid out in a classical style and usually also have a parallel skating rink. In addition, approximately 35 kilometers of cleared winter hiking trails invite you to explore the valley on foot, partly along the Ache and partly uphill on the numerous supply roads. At the end of the tour there is often a cozy stop with a hearty snack and warm mulled wine. It goes downhill faster: if you have brought your toboggan run, the walk can be concluded with a toboggan ride
