Luxuriously and stylishly furnished XXL chalet with its own small wellness area, a large balcony and a fantastic view of the magnificent mountain panorama of the Zillertal Alps (1600 m above sea level). After an exciting day full of new impressions, you can relax in the wellness area with sauna, steam bath and bubble bath and leave everyday life far behind. Garden furniture and a grill are also available, so that nothing stands in the way of a small private barbecue party under the Hochkrimmler sky. If the sun does not bloom optimally, the fireplace and underfloor heating provide pleasant warmth. Have fun!

Activities nearby: In Königsleiten you can experience all kinds of summer holidays, there are countless kilometers of hiking and mountain tours and mountain bike trails. The next hiking route is only 50 m away and a Nordic walking route is only 200 m away from the house and the next cycling path can be found in the Wildgerlo Valley, 3 km away. Cycling and walking maps are available on site and you also have the option of taking part in guided walks (sometimes for a fee). Sailing, surfing, rowing, pedal boat, surfing and sailing school at Durlassbodensee. New is the first via ferrata in the Zillertal on the Gerlossteinwand. Secured by a continuous steel cable from the entrance to the exit, you will climb artificial handles and stirrups combined with natural handles through the sheer rock face
