Small, renovated 17th-century mansion, fully converted into a chic apartment complex in 2010. It is located on an estate of 1,500 square meters in the field of the Morenenheuvel on Lake Garda, which is ideal for hikers. The Altomincio National Park is just a kilometer away and can be reached in a very short time via the cycle path that connects Peschiera with Mantua. A trip to the city of Monzambano is recommended. This is not only because of the medieval city architecture, but also through the delicious wines that are pressed on the Mantuan wine route around Monzambano. Trattoria's and typical restaurants, where regional dishes are served, make the gastronomic offer complete. Amusement parks such as Gardaland, Caneva World of the Botanical Garden Sigurtà Park, the largest in Europe, are also easily accessible.

Mobility: not suitable for people with limited mobility

Activities in the area: The nearest bicycle rental service is 100 m away. The Mantova-Peschiera cycle path is just 1.5 km from the house. The 43 km long cycle path is easy to ride and takes you past many natural beauties and historic spots. If you leave from Peschiera, you can drive around 18 km to Borghetto at Valeggio; If that is too much for you, you can also arrest later on the path at the holiday home. It goes along the Mincio river about idyllic cycle paths. Worth seeing on the first stage are Peschiera del Garda with his Venetian fortifications, the medieval town of Monzambano and the 14th-century Ponte Visconteo bridge at Borghetto. Then treat yourself to a break in a restaurant with delicious local specialties. Then we continue from Valeggio, always along the river Mincio to Mantova (19 km). There are also extremely beautiful sights here.
