It is surrounded by greenery and close to the long sandy beaches of the seaside resort of Marina di Bibbona (6.2 km) and the medieval village of Bibbona (1st floor) , 2 km) with rustic trattorias. You live in the 2-storey main building of the estate in apartments with a garden area (type A + B) or in the apartments in the neighboring building with a large terrace (type C) furnished in a way that is typical for the country. The apartments in the main building are furnished in a rustic style. The holiday residence is equipped in a particularly environmentally friendly way and generates electricity and hot water through photovoltaics. In the enchanting landscape, the Bolgherese wine route begins in the immediate vicinity, which leads you to the town of Bolgheri (5 km), which is known for its first-class wines and a unique avenue of cypress trees.
