Die Wohnung befindet sich im Dachgeschoss eines fünfstöckigen Gebäudes mit Aufzug. Die Unterkunft besteht aus einem Wohnzimmer mit Doppelschlafcouch, einer Kochnische und einem Schlafbereich mit Doppelbett, einem Badezimmer und einem Balkon mit einer Wendeltreppe, die zu einer schönen ausgestatteten Terrasse mit Meerblick führt. Die Terrasse zwischen Meer und Oliven ist mit allem Komfort, Klimaanlage, Wifi ausgestattet und liegt ideal nur wenige Schritte vom Strand und dem Zentrum von Lavagna entfernt. Lavagna ist eine Stadt im Golf von Tigullio, die sich im Laufe der Zeit zu einem sehr wichtigen und bekannten Bade- und Touristenort entwickelt hat, während sie ihre charakteristische ligurische Struktur mit engen Gassen voller Geschäfte und Geschäfte bewahrt hat.
