This house has two living areas and a fully equipped and functional kitchen. It can accommodate up to 8 people. The large terrace, directly by the pool, which is heated from mid-May to mid-September, is perfect for cozy meals in the fresh air or a glass of wine with which you can end the day.
The cottage is located just 600 meters from the fine sandy beaches of Saint-Germain-sur-Ay and its small stores. Take advantage of the rhythm of the tides for swimming, fishing, water sports and recreation of all kinds. The region is also ideal for walking or hiking, cycling or mountain biking.
It is not far from the attractive resorts of Barneville-Carteret and Agon-Coutainville (less than 30km), Granville (60km). Many golf courses, casinos, stores and attractions can be found nearby.
Small children should be supervised on the terrace near the swimming pool (depth 90 cm).
