You have at your disposal a well-kept and shared property, where you can spend your evenings barbecuing. Furthermore, there are many attractions for children, including sandbox, trampoline, swing or slide. Imagine enjoying your morning coffee on the nice wooden veranda while your children are having fun in the garden.

In the surrounding area there is the Sea Park Sarbsk and the shifting sand dunes at Pla?a w ?ebie, as well as the Amber Museum also in ?ebie. The surroundings of Now?cin offer excellent conditions for sports. Among them there is a lake near the house (300 m), many hiking trails, beautiful views and fresh air.
