What makes us special? It's very simple: centrally located, the mountains and Lake Achensee (almost) on your doorstep. Lovingly furnished and with more than just the necessary equipment. You can arrive relaxed and simply feel at home in the newly renovated Dorfapartment right from the start.

Our apartment is located in the center of Maurach. Shops such as supermarkets, a bakery and a butcher as well as many restaurants and cafés are only a few minutes away.

For those who are motivated to move and those looking for relaxation. Whether as a single, as a couple or with family and friends in your luggage. We are the perfect starting point for your hike or bike tour in the Achensee mountains, just a few minutes walk to the Rofan ski area or you can go cross-country skiing after just a 3 minutes walk.

The bus stop for the public and ski bus is right next to the house.

Our 40m² apartment for 1-3 people consists of a living room with kitchen and sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.

2 people can sleep in the double bed and the third person (whether children, teenagers or adults) can be accommodated on the sofa bed. A high chair and cot are available for our younger guests upon prior request.

Our village apartment with its friendly, modern furnishings offers everything you need on vacation:
